The staff was friendly and helpful. the location is great because of public transport options. i was actually surprised by the well-stocked and free-to-use kitchen. That was really convenient.
The cleaning standards were not great. the bathroom felt a little dirty and the shower doors had water stains. the bed was also quite uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

I travelled here with my partner for a clinic visit. The hotel's proximity to the clinic was a definite benefit. Staff were accommodating about us storing ice packs in the kitchen. The location provided easy access to needed medical facilities.
The provided room seemed quite small for two people. Limited space in the room made it difficult to fully unpack. I recommend requesting a larger room if available.

i had access to the communal kitchen and it was useful. basic essentials were provided, including milk and coffee. the bus stop was very close, with a metro station a few minutes away.
The room was not cleaned properly. I noticed a used soap in the shower. the shower was small, and my back kept hitting the wall. the sink was not cleaned well.

the location was convenient for getting around (a tube station nearby helped).
The cleanliness was subpar. I found a used soap in the shower upon arrival. the shower itself was small, and the tiles looked quite worn. the bed reminded me of it was made of old sofa parts topped with mattresses. It was not very comfortable at all.
